Canadian Fallen Firefighters Foundation receives donation

The Association des Chefs des Services Incendies du Québec has shown its support for the work of the Canadian Fallen Firefighters Foundation in the form of a $5000 donation. Foundation Vice-President Gary Barnes (Chef aux Opérations, Service des Incendies de Gatineau) is pictured at right receiving the cheque from the association's president, Serge Tremblay (Director, Sécurité Incendie de Montréal).

The Foundation is the organizing body of the annual commemorative ceremony in Ottawa to be held this year on September 11 on Parliament Hill.
