Around 5 AM Sunday, Sept. 19, the Hudson Fire Department responded to 40 Wilshire for a 2 storey house on fire. The house which was near completion was destroyed by the fire. Upon arrival of the first units, the fire had already spread throughout the first and 2nd floors and within minutes, the roof had collapsed. Hudson requested the assistance of St-Lazare and Rigaud each with a pump and man power and Vaudreuil-Dorion for a ladder. There were no injuries reported.
