At about 9:30 Tuesday morning the 911 centre advised the Service Incendie de Ste-Marthe-de-Vaudreuil of the start of a fire at 412 St-Henri St.. The mutual aid system for ten firefighters in fifteen minutes was put in place. The Service Incendie de St-Clet was quickly advised to send a pump and 5 men.

The two services had control of the situation quickly. Units 209, 309, 509 and 809 from Ste-Marthe as well as 219 from St-Clet were sent to the scene. The fire started on the stove.
